Ashtanga Half Primary Series + Half Second Series

Enjoy this lighthearted, alignment-based approach to the Ashtanga method. You’ll practice the first half of the primary series up to navasana (boat pose) and a selection of poses from the secondary (intermediate) series, which includes deep binds and backbends, arm balances, and a finishing sequence (the finishing sequence includes wheel, inversions, full lotus, and savasana).
