Ashtanga Half Second Series

In this alignment-based approach to Ashtanga, you’ll do the poses of the second series through eka pada sirsasana (foot behind the head pose) and a finishing sequence that includes wheel, inversions, full lotus, and savasana.

Two students offer different versions of lotus and wheel so you can see some of the options that are available to you.
