You’ll start with easy lateral stretches and backbends followed by strengthening work in side-plank variations. After that, you’ll move on to a standing series that includes side angle, a variation of half forward fold, a chair-and-strap-supported triangle pose, and more. Then, you’ll do more focused work with the chair and strap at a wall (including more side-plank variations) before winding down with floor stretches and concluding in a variation of legs up the wall pose.
