Awaken the Unfamiliar

This quick and dynamic sequence features practices we don’t typically do in flow classes. Enjoy shaking things up with fun variations of kapalabhati (skull shining breath), malasana (squat), lunges, and more. Then, once you’re done, take some deep sighing breaths in savasana and remain there as long as you like.
