This vitalizing sequence is designed to awaken the ten light bodies of kundalini yoga. Class includes sufi grinds, sun salutations (one that's kundalini style), whole-body breath of fire (which takes you beyond a seated experience of it), "camel ride," flows through a wide-legged forward fold, and more.
Along the way, you'll take moments of stillness to integrate the effects of the practice. The latter part of class features an 11-minute meditation where you'll chant Ek Ong Kar Sat Nam (there's one creator of creation, and this is an absolute truth, and to have this realization is an ecstasy beyond words).
