Feeling heavy or dull? Try a few rounds of ayurvedic bhastrika. It increases heat and energy flow in the body, stimulates agni (digestive fire), and removes dullness, heaviness, and mucus. Ayurvedic bhastrika involves greater movement of the body than the yogic version, as Kathryn demonstrates.
