Baby-by-Your-Side Postnatal Practice

Do yoga with your baby by your side! This strengthening class includes leg- and glute-focused variations of bird dog, a sphinx pose variation, a forearm plank variation, lunges, push-ups, squats, warrior II, and more. Stop the video as needed, then come right back to it when you’re ready—and remember that even if you’re only able to do a few poses amid your baby’s needs, your practice was still a success!
