Backbending for Tight Yogis

Feeling tight? You can still get a lot out of your backbends (they aren’t just for the super flexible). And in this class, Colin invites you to get rather curious about them, exploring these poses like puzzles.

You’ll begin with deceptively simple preps for your hip flexors and thighs and then move on to camel, bridge, and wheel variations. Enjoy taking your time, customizing and exploring your alignment, finding your most sustainable version of these poses.
