Balance: Shape the Breath, Shape the Mind

Guide your body to a place of equilibrium and ease. This class begins with a breath-focused standing practice that features progressively deepening twists. After that, you’ll move down to the mat for dynamic movement in supine backbends and simple twists before concluding in savasana and a short guided pranayama/meditation.
