Balanced Brain, Grounded Body

Begin with a loving meditation to welcome both ease and challenge, then move through bilateral stretches to open the chest, spine, and hips. This mostly seated practice incorporates core engagement as it builds toward standing eagle, embodying resilience and balance. The practice closes with alternate nostril breathing to support a calm, centered state.
