Basic Joint Mobility

Class Description

This functional movement class is all about joint mobility! You'll begin by isolating specific areas of the body (neck, shoulders, wrists, hands, hips, knees, and ankles) and then transition to bigger whole-body movements.

Class winds down with gentle supine practices, savasana, and meditation.
