You’ll work with a core-powered sphinx variation, forearm side plank, a supported plank bird dog hybrid, a leg-lift variation over a blanket, and active twisting at an accessible pace. As you practice, see what you can do without pushing yourself too hard, being curious instead of goal oriented.
