Beginner Foundations: Push and Pull

Pushing is a standard yoga motion (think pushing up to plank from chaturanga or pushing back to downward dog from plank) and typically there isn’t a lot of pulling. In this beginner class, you’ll get ahead of the game by learning how to integrate more pulling actions into your practice from the get-go!
