Beginner Yin With Short Holds

In this whole-body, breath-centered class, you’ll do shorter pose holds (all are under three minutes) to get a sense of what yin yoga is all about. You’ll begin with a seated sequence designed to give your feet a good stretch, followed by lunges, forward folds, an inversion, and more. Along the way, learn the benefits of the poses and how to be an observer of your practice so that you can fully experience the mind-body effects of yin yoga.
