In this foundational class, you’ll focus on basic poses and breath-coordinated movement. You’ll begin with a supine centering practice that’s designed to help you feel grounded and ready to move. Then, you’ll do core-strengtheners and twists on hands and knees, lunges and hamstring stretches, feel-good shoulder rolls, standing balance exercises, and more, before concluding with a guided relaxation. Throughout class, you'll also learn some of yoga’s key benefits so you’ll have a deeper understanding of the practice.
