This restful experience begins with crocodile pose, followed by a guided relaxation in savasana. After that, you’ll do a bolster-, blanket-, and block-supported child’s pose, calming forward folds, gentle movement for your neck and shoulders, a block-supported bridge pose, bolster-supported twists, and more. Then, once you’re done, you’ll return to savasana for a concluding guided relaxation.
