Beginners' Yoga Sampler: Release

This relaxing class begins with crocodile, a prone pose where you’ll be invited to gradually release physical tension and connect with your breath. After that comes a sequence that includes neck rolls, strap-supported shoulder and upper back openers, hip-opening lunges, seated twists, supine leg stretches, and more. Rest at the end with a short body scan in savasana.
