Beginners' Yoga Sampler: Restore

Let go of effort in this restorative practice that begins with legs up the wall pose. After that comes supported hip openers, a blanket- and pillow-supported backbend, strap-supported leg stretches, and more, before a concluding body awareness practice in savasana. Have a small pillow or a sandbag available.
