Bilingual Yoga: Restorative for Your Body and Mind

Join Anamargret as she instructs a 30-minute restorative class in both English and Spanish.

You’ll practice five feel-good poses and with the help of the breath, blocks, bolsters, and blankets, create a sense of spaciousness and ease in both your body and your mind.

Note that you’ll need three blankets for this class.
