Blossom Your Heart With Backbends

This radical-affirmation practice is all about saying “yes” with your heart! You’ll begin with a cobra-infused warm-up and then move into progressively deeper backbends that include eka pada rajakapotasana (one-legged king pigeon pose) variations, bow pose, a wheel sequence at the wall, and more, before resting in child’s pose or savasana for as long as you like.
