For many of us, virasana (hero pose) doesn’t come easily. However, with preparation and props, we can find accessible and innovative ways to approach it. In this sequence, Andrea offers preparatory stretches to help you move toward virasana, as well as creative prop-supported seated and supine variations of the pose.
At the end of class, you can enjoy resting in a restorative virasana variation.
