Breaking Habits

Breath of fire is a key practice in kundalini yoga that can be used as a tool for breaking destructive habits.

In this practice, you’ll be invited to feel your inner fire as you pair poses and movements with breath of fire, do lots of core strengthening, and take occasional breaks to rest and integrate the work you’ve done.
