Bridge the Heart and Mind

Discover the connection between heart, mind, and body. You'll begin this practice in bridge pose, establishing deep, diaphragmatic breathing and a strong foundation in your feet before moving into a series of standing shoulder stretches and "heart openers." Finish with a short meditation in an easy, supported sukhasana. For this class you'll need: 1 block, 1 pillow, 1 blanket
