Cyndi offers you a few options for each supported pose so you can prop up in a way that’s just right for you. And, you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy each one—there are only four poses: a gentle backbend, a twist where you’ll use lots of props, a bolster-supported down dog, and child’s pose.
