Bring Back the Arm Balance!

An encouraging, playful practice to bring arm balances back into your practice. Flow through a well-rounded warm up, then slow down for bakasana (crow pose) using lots of props for support. Continue with warm ups and slow downs for side crow and eka pada Koundinyasana II (hurdler's pose).
