Build a Butt: Release and Align

What role do our glutes play in movement and how can we maintain optimal mobility in the glute region? In this class Sarah provides an overview of some of the lifestyle and postural habits that can contribute to weakness in the glutes. You’ll do a posture check at the beginning and end of the class to gauge the effect of the practice, which includes glute rolling, stretches for your hip flexors and lower back, and more.
