Build Strength to Transition Between a Chair and the Floor

Join yoga therapist Sarah Garden to learn how to build leg strength, core strength, and core stability for getting up from and down to the floor with more ease.

This is a progressive class where you’ll use plenty of props. Have more than one bolster, a chair or something similar, and a wall available.
