Build Your Sun Salutations

In this creative class, you’ll slow down your sun salute as you discover ways to practice this flow in a more functional way and pick up supportive movement tips for everyday life. This class begins with the gayatri mantra and a short warm-up. After that comes prop-supported play and focused strength and mobility work where you’ll move toward your best version of surya namaskar.
