Building Balance After Pregnancy

New parenthood can throw life way off balance—after all, it's not so easy taking care of a newborn baby. This short, easygoing practice is designed to help you rediscover your center through breathwork and balance practices. You'll also build the core and leg strength necessary for lifting and carrying your little one.
