You’ll do lots of pushing and pulling actions in familiar poses (lunges, squats, warriors, and more) that are designed to help you strengthen as you prepare to fly. We will give you variations for crow so if you aren’t ready to balance completely on your hands you can work at a level you’re more comfortable with.
