Caterpillar Crawl

Tight shoulders? Tight back? All of the above? Find relief with this “caterpillar crawl” practice where you’ll use therapy balls (or tennis balls) and blocks to release tension in your shoulders. As you continue with deep-tissue self-massage, you’ll gently strengthen your shoulder girdle (by doing arm movements that mobilize the joint) and then inch your way down to your lumbar spine, releasing and strengthening as you go.

Props: 2 yoga therapy balls, 1 block
