In this slow-paced, all-levels hatha class, Shari guides you through a graceful 75-minute sequence designed to help you awaken and connect with your inner light. You'll draw awareness to your pelvis, hips, abdomen, and internal organs with gentle and mindful movements before moving on to asana and agni sara practices.
