Challenge Yourself: Jivamukti Fundamentals

Class Description

This is the final class of a four-part series based on the Jivamukti fundamentals curriculum.

Class begins with a classic Jivamukti warm-up. After that, Jessica introduces the components of a standard vinyasa, providing pose and transition breakdowns and options for stepping the intensity of your flow up or down. In the latter half of the class, you'll take a close look at two powerful inversions: headstand and shoulderstand. 

This practice ties together everything that you've explored so far (and helps you take it further). To conclude, Jessica guides you through a seated meditation.
