Looking for a well-rounded flow minus chaturanga?

In this class, which doesn’t require any weight bearing through your shoulders and wrists, you’ll begin with moon salutations, wide-legged forward folds, side lunges, and standing half lotus. After that, you’ll practice lateral stretches, twists, backbends, seated bound half lotus, a boat pose variation, and more.

This dynamic class concludes with several rounds of kapalabhati (skull shining breath) and a seated meditation.
