Working long hours at your desk and need a yoga break? In this accessible practice, you’ll do gentle stretches designed to release any stiffness and tension you might be feeling. Open your chest and shoulders with seated cat cows, stretch through your side body with lateral bends, and open your hips with seated pigeon pose. Wind down with a guided body scan and three rings of a singing bowl.
