Unravel tension in your neck and shoulders with this quick but efficient practice. You’ll stay seated the entire class, and open through your side body, back of shoulders, and spine. Conclude with padma mudra (or lotus mudra) and enjoy the giving and receiving qualities of your heart when it’s balanced.
