Complete 60-Minute Yoga and Pranayama Practice

This 60-minute sequence is designed to facilitate present-moment awareness and deepen your connection to prana (life force). You'll lengthen and strengthen your spine as you increase your capacity for breath, then conclude with a seated pranayama practice, which Rod will guide you through.
