Connect to the Divinity Within

The purpose of this practice is to illuminate your resilience. It’s designed specifically for people who are navigating physical challenges so they can meet those challenges from a place of acceptance and empathy.

Class integrates simple yet strengthening flows, heart-opening backbends (including a progressive camel practice), and easy lower-body stretches and supine twists. Conclude with an expression of gratitude, resting in a restorative-style savasana.
