Connect With Your Breath

Link breath with movement in this dynamic class. After a warm-up for your neck and shoulders and a few sun salutes, you’ll move on to shoulder-opening movements in side angle pose, a locust vinyasa, hip- and back-opening movements in seated forward bends and twists, a dynamic bridge flow, and more.

Rest at the end in savasana with a small pillow or blanket on your stomach to enjoy the movement of your breath.
