Cool the Fire: Restorative Yoga to Ease Frustration

Anger can be a healthy emotion, but being empathetic and kind toward ourselves in the midst of it is not always easy. In this restorative practice, you have plenty of time to cultivate self-compassion in supported poses, which include a gentle forward fold (where you’ll let your arms and head rest on a bolster or a chair), a chair-supported supta baddha konasana, and a bolster-supported frog pose.

Props: 2 bolsters, 3 blankets, 3 blocks, 1 strap, 1 chair
