Practice Description
Anger can be a healthy emotion, but being empathetic and kind toward ourselves in the midst of it is not always easy. In this restorative practice, you have plenty of time to cultivate self-compassion in supported poses, which include a gentle forward fold (where you’ll let your arms and head rest on a bolster or a chair), a chair-supported supta baddha konasana, and a bolster-supported frog pose. And if you don’t like frog pose, Andrea offers you alternatives you can practice instead.
Take a deep breath and slide into a more comfortable state.
