You’ll begin centering in child’s pose before warming up with cat cow, core work, and a few sun salutation variations that increase in speed and intricacy. Then you’ll make your way to the floor for customizable core work with a Coregeous Ball or block, full-body crunches, contralateral leg and arm lifts, and more. Afterward, you’ll wind down with knees to chest, bridge pose, happy baby, spinal twist, and conclude with your favorite resting pose.
