Coregeous Ball or Blanket Breath Practice

Learn how to increase the capacity of your breath using a Coregeous ball or a rolled-up blanket. You’ll do a prone and side-lying sequence where you’ll experiment with placing your prop against different areas of your body while following Nam’s breathing tips. Then, you’ll sit up to notice the "before and after" experience—to see if you feel a greater sense of expansiveness as you breathe.
