Crow Flow

Take flight in bakasana (crow pose) with this strengthening vinyasa class. You’ll do supine core warm-up exercises followed by shoulder and back opening sun salute variations. Expect transitions that help you balance and further strengthen your core. Once you're warmed up from head to toe, you'll take flight in crow pose. Cool down with baddha konasana (bound angle pose) and feel-good wrist rolls.
