You’ll need a yoga mat and rolled or folded towel to support the curves of your back in this all-levels bed practice. The class begins with a body scan to help you feel centered. After that, you’ll do relaxing self-massage to stimulate the lymph system, breath-infused bed sun salutations which you can adapt as you like, supported reclined twists, and a bolster-supported goddess pose.
This sweet practice concludes with a guided savasana.
