Daily Accessible Bed Yoga Practice

This accessible practice can be done completely in your bed; no need to get up! Begin with a body scan to help you feel centered. After that, you’ll do relaxing self-massage to stimulate the lymph system, breath-infused bed sun salutations which you can adapt as you like, supported reclined twists, and a bolster-supported goddess pose. This sweet practice concludes with a guided savasana.
