Daily Commitment

Benefits of yoga come from consistency, and a few minutes of practice every day yields powerful effects. Start with alternate nostril breathing, breath of fire, and dynamic Kundalini frog pose. Archer pose and cat/cow follow, and you'll end class in a seated forward fold.
