Dash of Dopamine

A feel-good mandala flow linking breath and movement to tap into the subtleties of vital energy (prana). Begin seated to connect to breath, then flow into spinal warmups and sun salutations. Build energy in strong standing poses, quad stretches, and backbends before closing in a seated pose.
