Detox Flow Yoga

What do you need to release?  Let the breath serve as your guide as you move through this flowing vinyasa practice.  This sequence - including ujjayi pranayama and sun salutations - will help you to build heat and cultivate the strength you will need to fully let go of what no longer serves you.
