Diabetes De-Stress

Experiencing stress is a common side effect of living with diabetes. In this sequence, you’ll sync your breath with gentle movement, extending your exhales at times, which can produce a feeling of calm. You’ll also do an asymmetrical dynamic bridge pose that provides a nice neck stretch, a standing forward bend flow, gentle reclined twists, and more. 

The practice concludes with calming breathing practices that you’ll do lying down and then seated.
