Eagle Flight

This bird-inspired flow is designed to inspire feelings of strength, empowerment, and taking flight. You'll begin seated with mantra, mudra, and pranayama. You'll then move through simple sun salutes, a warrior sequence, and an eagle pose flow before resting at the end in a variation of child's pose. Think of this as an adventure and enjoy every moment.
