Explore poise in motion as you practice pratyahara "withdrawing the senses inward" in familiar postures like cobra, downdog, and high lunge as well as postures like side bridge that may be new to you. Leave the practice with a renewed sense of stability and mobility as well as a deeper connection to your breath.
